Our facility is located at 104 E Tucker Street in Landrum, South Carolina 29356. We are located approximately 1/2 mile south of Rutherford Street (Hwy 14) next to the railroad tracks, facing Asheville Hwy (176). Look for the prominent American flag in our corner.
How far is Keystone Self Storage from Tryon, NC?
Good question! Many of our clients come from the Tryon area because it is only 5 minutes away. You’re sure to enjoy the security and convenience of our storage facility.
Do you have drive-up access?
Yes, we do! Our convenient storage units are designed for ease of access. You can drive up to the unit and simply carry your belongings a few feet into your rental. You won’t have to park outside the property, enter the premises, and carry your items across the facility and into your unit.
How secure and maintained are your storage units?

The entire property at Keystone Self Storage is surrounded by 7' high commercial grade fence with gate and keypad along with twelve 24/7 IP HD surveillance cameras to track all activity throughout the project. At night, our project is lit by (14) Duke Energy stadium effect lights to provide for you a bright and secure facility. We have done preventative maintenance to all of the existing buildings by replacing all screws and washers/gaskets with brand-new 20 yr-life oversized screws and washers, and coated with a rubberized coating to seal out moisture on all roof-tops and to maintain the integrity of the units.
Do you have RV / Vehicle / Boat / Horse Trailer / Untility Trailer Parking?
YES! Our faciltiy is surrounded by a 7' commerical grade fence with a 30 ft. entry gate. We have designed a designated area just inside the fence for your outside storage needs whether it be for your RV, Motorhome, Boat/trailer, Car, Truck, Horse trailer, or Utility trailer, we have just the space for you.
